Return / Exchange procedure

1. Contact us
   • Send an e-mail to info@lolena.ch within 14 days of receiving your order.
   • Specify your order number and the reason for your return or exchange (non-compliant item, wrong size, etc.).
2. Prepare your parcel
   • Make sure the jewelry has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, etc.).
   • Protect the item properly to avoid damage during transport.
3. Shipping costs
   • Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is defective or there has been a delivery error on our part.
   • Keep your proof of shipment for tracking purposes.

5. Validation and Refund
   • As soon as we receive the parcel, we will check the condition of the item.
   • If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund (or send the new item in the case of an exchange) within 7 to 14 days.
